Our Programs

Career and Professional Assimilation Pathway

The Assimilation Pathway program connects immigrants to the resources needed to initiate and/or advance their professional careers. It also offers training programs to prepare immigrants for employment in the United States.

African immigrants represent a significant portion of the 2.3 million unemployed or underemployed college-educated immigrants in the United States. Professional and skilled immigrants often encounter considerable hurdles before obtaining employment in their respective fields. However, resources and experts are available to offer guidance and support throughout this transition into the U.S. workforce. The state of Maryland, in particular, offers numerous resources aimed at facilitating a successful transition for immigrants. Please refer below for more information on these resources.

  2. Skilled Immigrant Program - Howard Community College

Healthcare and Education Improvement in developing countries

This program aims to improve the quality of healthcare for the underprivileged population in Ghana and promote quality education for underserved children. The program involves equipping healthcare facilities, training healthcare personnel, and providing school supplies to underserved schools through partnerships with local organizations in Ghana.
