The Assimilation Pathway program connects immigrants to the resources needed to initiate and/or advance their professional careers. It also offers training programs to prepare immigrants for employment in the United States.
African immigrants represent a significant portion of the 2.3 million unemployed or underemployed college-educated immigrants in the United States. Professional and skilled immigrants often encounter considerable hurdles before obtaining employment in their respective fields. However, resources and experts are available to offer guidance and support throughout this transition into the U.S. workforce. This program provides our audience with basic health information, resources to navigate the complex United States healthcare systems, resources to access affordable healthcare, and the importance of healthcare utilization.
This program aims to improve the quality of healthcare for the underprivileged population in Ghana and promote quality education for underserved children. The program involves equipping healthcare facilities, training healthcare personnel, and providing school supplies to underserved schools through partnerships with local organizations in Ghana.
